Nota bene: Sebbene i trasferimenti siano prenotati individualmente, potrebbe capitare che, per esempio a causa di un forte ritardo del volo o dell’impossibilità dell’autista di raggiungere l’aeroporto in tempo utile a cause di forza maggiore, i clienti siano trasferiti in hotel insieme ad altre persone.

ASSISTENZA IN HOTEL IN ARRIVO E PARTENZA:

Il primo giorno è inclusa l’assistenza in hotel esclusivamente tra le ore 10h00 e le ore 20h00.La guida lascerà un messaggio in reception per chi dovesse arrivare dopo le ore 20h00 con i dettagli per il ritrovo del giorno successivo. 

Non è prevista assistenza per la partenza dall’Irlanda. 

Se è prenotato il trasferimento, l’autista si farà trovare presso la reception dell’hotel nel giorno e orario indicati della conferma della prenotazione.

NOTTI EXTRA PRE/POST TOUR (SU RICHIESTA):

• Si prega di notare che lasciare la mancia fa parte della cultura in Irlanda ed è consuetudine dare una mancia alla guida e all’autista. l'importo consigliato è di 3€-5€ per persona al giorno per la guida e 3€ al giorno per persona per l’autista. Le mance saranno sempre date in contanti.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
