Day 1 : Malabo

Arrival in the early afternoon, meet our guide and transfer to Hotel Baia 2 or similar. Next, we will visit Pico Basile, the highest point

on Bioko Island, some 3 000 meters above sea level, from where we can enjoy a panoramic view of Malabo and Mount Cameroon. Some stretches can be done on foot. Return to the city and overnight stay in double rooms with services.

Day 2 : Malabo – Domestic flight – Bata - Cabo San Juan – Corisco Island

After breakfast, transfer to the airport in time for flight to Bata., which is located in the continental part of Equatorial Guinea, and it’s the most city in the country. Once there, we depart for the long transfer to the south. We will cross the bridge at Mbini until we reach Cabo san Juan where we will take a motor boat to reach Corisco (approx.. 2 / 3 hours, which is 44 kms from Congo close to the maritime border with Gabon. Once we arrive on the island, called Mandji by locals, we can appreciate this corner of paradise with white beaches fringed with palm trees and turquoise waters, still of the world tourism routes (the airport has not yet been inaugurated. We will meet the local Benga and visit the tomb of last king, Santiago Uganda (1906 – 1960),

to paid homage to him and learn about his history. Accommodation at complejo Turistico or similar and overnight stay in double rooms with services.

Day 3 : Corisco Island

Breakfast at the hotel. A day dedicated exploring Corisco Island. We visit the famous Arena Blanca beach, where we can swim and snorkel while admiring rays and fish in a crystal – clear sea, we meet the fishing communitie, to observe traditional fishing activities, thatched houses and handicrafts, we admire the colonial ruins of the colonial ruins of th island, such as the Spanish mission and the Claritians mission, built between 185 and 1926, when more than 1000 europeans, including traders, soldiers and colonial authorities. Depending on the weather, it will be possible to observe dolphins roaming the area (and rarely whales too). The two small islands are uninhabited (except for fishermen who seasonally build temporary huts there), but in the dense forest are scattered numeros colonial vestiges, not only Spanish but also German, Dutch and English. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 : Corisco – Cabo Juan - Bata – Flight – Malabo

After breakfast, transfer by boat (about 2h to 3h) back to the mainland. Transfer to Bata where, weather permitting, we will take a city tour of the city : the Cathedral of Santiago, the clock square ( Plaza de la Libertad), the obelisk commemorating the visit of Pope John Paul II, and the seafront (Paseo Maritimo) with the Iconic Freedom Tower . transfer to airport in time or flight to Malabo. On arrival, accommodation at Hotel Bahia 2 or similar and overnight stay in double rooms with services.

Day 5 : Malabo – Batete – Ureca – Moaba

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Batete and Luba, two villages that preserve exceptional colonial vestiges, such as the Gothic church of San Antonio dei Claretani built entirely of wood, the salesian school and the late 19th century hotel jones. Continuation to Ureca, a small village of the Bubi tribe located in the south of island, famous for being one of the places in the world to receive the most rainfall (10 450 millimeters of rain per year). Arriving on the coast, we will discover a magnificent waterfall which, at high tide, plunges directly in to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, where it creates a natural pool where we can bathe. Lunch (sandwiches and fruit). We will then go an easy trek (about 3 hours) in which we will immense ourselves in the beauty of tropical landscape, observing a wide variety of flora and, with bit of luck, fauna. We will walk along the black volcanic sand beach, for a few rivers on foot (one with the help of a rope), make stops to admire impressive waterfalls, and arrive at Moaba. This beach is famous for

the fact that during the dry season (November – February) four types of sea turtles come to these shores to lay their eggs. The Atlantic green turtle, the

loggerhead turtle, the olive stick turtle and the hawksbill turtle. Accommodation in a permanent tented camp wihin the sea turtle research center.

Simple dinner at the camp and, at night, a trip to beach to watch with a bit luck, turtles lay their eggs. Overnight stay in double tents.

Day 6 : Moaba – Arena Blanca – Malabo

Simple breakfast at the camp and time for swim at the Moaba falls. Returning on foot to Ureka where our vehicle await us, we transfer to Arena Blanca, the country’s most popular beach, which, as its name indicates, its not volcanic but white in colour time to relax at the beach return to Malabo in the late afternoon, accommodation at the hotel Bahia or similar possibility of an evening stroll through the streets of the city centre, which come alive with the arrival of week end overnight stay in double rooms with services

Day 7 : Malabo

Breakfast at the hotel and Malabo city tour, with its splendid colonial architecture including the Santa Isabel Cathedral, built between 1887 and 1916, in Gothic revival style with two 40 mettre high towers and trees naves, and the semu food market, a sight not for the faint-hearted, as the vendors foodstuffs include pythons, monkeys, rats and white forest rats. Transfer to the airport in time for your flight to Malabo connecting with your international flight. End of services

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
