Non è inclusa la tassa obbligatoria di soggiorno a Lisbona da pagare direttamente in hotel dai clienti, al momento richiesta solo in questa città. #Trasferimento da Fatima a Lisbona prevede il solo autista senza assistenza.

In alcune delle chiese indicate non esiste un ingresso ufficiale ma è tradizione lasciare una offerta

Per ingressi senior (con 65 anni o di più) e bambini (meno di 12 anni) ci sarà bisogno portare la carta identità da mostrare all’ingresso di certi monumenti.

Non ci sono sconti per docenti, disabili ecc

Chiusura dei monumenti previsti…Tutti i programmi sono preparati considerando la chiusura usuale a 16-5-24, ma per diverse situazioni può capitare la chiusura del monumento previsto. Davanti a questa situazione troveremo la soluzione alternativa più valida, e sempre che sia possibile vi informeremo previamente.

Il pacchetto ingressi sarà caricato in fattura, indicato di forma separata e mai pagato in loco.

In caso di modifica del costo dei monumenti sarà ugualmente informato l’incremento.

Tasse di soggiorno: Non incluse. Quelle applicabili sono da pagare sempre dai clienti direttamente in loco.

La perdita di qualsiasi dei servizi dettagliati in programma dovuta all’orario di arrivo o partenza dei voli o ritardo sull’orario previsto non provocherà nessun rimborso. 

Trasferimenti: Il trasfertista aspetta senza costo extra fino a massimo mezz’ora dopo l’ora prevista di arrivo

Alberghi indicati in ogni programma soggetti a cambio per altri della stessa categoria

Camere triple: la maggioranza degli alberghi in Spagna, Portogallo e Francia (*) non hanno camere di questo tipo. Sono camere doppie in cui viene aggiunto un lettino. Tutte le camere triple in questi tour e notti extra sono = doppia + lettino aggiunto, sia per adulto sia per bambino

Posti nel pullman: Non si possono prenotare posti nel pullman per nessun motivo

Passeggeri con mobilità ridotta: Il Tour non è adatto per persone con mobilità ridotta, per la natura delle città da visitare

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
