Day 01: Arrival in Dubai:

Upon your arrival at Dubai Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in and accommodation.

Day 02: Exploring Dubai:

After a buffet breakfast, embark on an exciting half-day tour of classic Dubai, offering you a glimpse into the city's rich history. The journey begins with a visit to the Bastakia area, where you can admire the historic merchant houses, galleries, restaurants, and cafes. You'll then enjoy a panoramic view of the Dubai Museum, which takes the form of a fortress (please note that the museum is closed). Next, board an "Abra" (river taxi) to experience the atmospheric feel of the other side of the creek. The tour continues to the exotic and aromatic Spice Souk and the world-famous Gold Souk, where you can haggle for treasures. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel.

In the afternoon (optional), between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel for a thrilling desert safari adventure. You'll ride in luxurious 4x4 vehicles (each accommodating up to 6 people) that will take you on a personal encounter with a different world—the desert. Experience the excitement of traversing sand dunes, passing by camel farms, and witnessing the magical sunset over Arabia. You'll also have the opportunity to try sandboarding. Finally, you'll arrive at a traditional Arabian camp, where you can ride camels, smoke aromatic Shisha (water pipes), get henna tattoos, or simply admire the feast under the moonlight while enjoying an Arabic barbecue buffet with fresh salads and grilled meats, including chicken and lamb, followed by delicious fruits for dessert. While you dine, you'll be entertained by an Arabic folkloric show featuring a Belly Dance performer (please note that during Ramadan, dancing is not permitted). After dinner, you'll return to your hotel for accommodation.

Day 03: Shopping and Modern Dubai:

Following a delightful buffet breakfast at the hotel, you'll have the morning free for shopping in Dubai, known as the city of shopping. Dubai is renowned for its wide range of top-notch stores, and it hosts the annual Dubai Shopping Festival, which lasts for a month. Here, high-end fashion designer boutiques coexist with vibrant street markets where you can practice your bargaining skills. You can find a variety of items, including electronics, gold, fabrics, and more.

In the afternoon, you'll have the option to embark on a tour of modern Dubai, granting you the opportunity to explore the most developed city on the planet, often referred to as the city of tomorrow. The tour commences with a visit to Souk Madinat Jumeirah, where you can admire local craftsmanship and capture photos of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, the world's tallest hotel. Next, you'll be transported to Palm Jumeirah Island to see Atlantis The Palm hotel, followed by a monorail ride that provides panoramic views of the entire palm-shaped island. You'll disembark the monorail and hop into a vehicle that will take you to Dubai Marina, the largest coastal master project of its kind. Here, you'll see models of astonishing projects with detailed explanations and presentations. You'll have the chance to view prototype homes and gain insights into the exciting future of commerce and business in the emirate. The tour will then take you to the Burj Khalifa area, the world's tallest tower at 828 meters. The excursion concludes, and you'll have the option to either be dropped off at Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping center, for shopping or return to your hotel.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
