Prezzi: tutti i prezzi indicati per tour, trasferimenti e notti extra sono netti e calcolati in base all’IVA vigente al momento della preparazione (ottobre 2025). Eventuali variazioni fiscali o governative comporteranno l’adeguamento dei prezzi.

Tasse di soggiorno: non incluse, da pagare direttamente in loco dai clienti (salvo diversa indicazione).

Servizi non usufruiti: la mancata fruizione di servizi previsti (per orari voli, ritardi o arrivi/partenze) non dà diritto a rimborso. La cena è considerata persa in caso di arrivo in hotel fuori orario.

Trasferimenti: l’autista attende fino a 30 minuti oltre l’orario previsto. Ritardi superiori possono comportare la classificazione del servizio come no-show, senza rimborso.

Alberghi: gli hotel indicati sono previsti o similari. In caso di fiere o congressi, il pernottamento potrà avvenire in località limitrofe, mantenendo inalterato il programma di visite.

Camere triple: generalmente composte da camera doppia + letto aggiunto. In alcuni casi, per disponibilità limitata, la sistemazione potrà essere effettuata in 1 doppia + 1 singola, senza supplementi.

Ingressi: il pacchetto ingressi è obbligatorio. Le tariffe sono soggette a variazioni decise dagli enti ufficiali. Eventuali riduzioni (bambini/senior) sono valide solo se espressamente indicate e documentate.

Posti in pullman: non prenotabili; assegnazione in base all’ordine di accesso.

Intolleranze alimentari: le richieste vengono segnalate agli hotel, ma la responsabilità finale resta del cliente.

Pranzi liberi: eventuali suggerimenti delle guide sono indicativi e non vincolanti.

Mobilità ridotta: il tour non è adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta, per la conformazione delle città e dei percorsi.

Radioguide auricolari:-Per ingressi senior (con 65 anni o di più) e bambini (meno di 12 anni) ci sarà bisogno portare la carta identità da mostrare all’ingresso di certi monumenti.- Sono applicabili questi prezzi speciali SOLO quando è indicata questa opzione nel pacchetto ingressi- Per ottenere gli ingressi con sconto senior e child, è necessario inviare, all’atto della prenotazione del viaggio, copia della carta identità o passaporto del cliente. In assenza di ciò l’entrata verrà acquistata e conseguentemente addebitata senza la riduzione prevista’. In nessun caso sarà valido nessun sconto una volta arrivati.- Si possono SOLO applicare gli sconti sugli ingressi espressamente indicati in ognuno dei nostri tour, Non ci sono sconti per docenti, guide, forze dell’ordine, portatori di handicap. - Chiusura dei monumenti previsti: Tutti i programmi sono preparati considerando la chiusura usuale a ottobre 2025, ma per diverse situazioni può capitare la chiusura del monumento previsto. Davanti a questa situazione troveremo la soluzione alternativa più valida, e sempre che sia possibile vi informeremo previamente.- Il pacchetto ingressi sarà caricato in fattura, indicato di forma separata e mai pagato in loco. In caso di perdita del ricevitore, è previsto un addebito di €90.

Animali: non ammessi.

Modifiche al programma: l’ordine delle visite può variare per esigenze operative, senza alterare i contenuti del tour.

Trasferimenti (Aeroporto) SU RICHIESTA tutti prezzi sono basati sui servizi diurni (07:00-22:00). I    servizi notturni (22:00-07:00) hanno un supplemento dal 30 % del quale vi informeremo    all’atto della conferma. Bisogna tener conto che per il trasferimento di rientro va calcolato un appuntamento in  hotel  circa 3 ore prima della partenza del volo, è su questo orario che si calcola l’eventuale supplemento per il servizio notturno.             

- Minibus ha capacità massima 20 pax e include l’assistenza. Tutti gli altri prezzi sono senza assistenza        

- I trasferimenti possono essere effettuati in condivisione con altri passeggeri in arrivo o partenza sullo stesso volo e sui nostri tour.        

 - In caso voleste il trasferimento in uso esclusivo, si prega farne segnalazione, ci sarà un supplemento del 20% su questi prezzi.        

- Trasferimenti in arrivo- Dall’orario di atterraggio previsto, l’autista attende fino un massimo di 45 minuti.- In caso di ritardo del volo oltre 45 minuti, il servizio non sarà fornito e non sarà rimborsabile.

Notti addizionali – SU RICHIESTA Tutte le notti addizionali saranno sempre ‘on request’ e dovrà essere riconfermata disponibilità e prezzo da nostra parte.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
