Accommodation and Room Arrangements

• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Usually, it consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. Acceptance of this arrangement is considered as accepted by the guest.
• Child discounts are only valid for one child staying in the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
• Breakfasts served at hotels may be in continental style according to the standards of the destination country.
• Hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on facility occupancy, and the readiness of rooms is at the hotel's discretion.

Visa and Passport Information

• Turkish citizens require a Visa on Arrival or a valid Schengen visa. The visa on arrival / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.

• Holders of a green passport should check the validity of their passports.

INCLUSION INSURANCE IN COMBINED TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

With regard to our inclusion insurance, said insurance exclusively includes those people who have their residence and origin of the trip in Spain or Portugal.

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
