Day 1: ARRIVAL MARRAKECH

After you land at Marrakech Airport, you’ll be welcomed by a tour representative, who will be waiting for you outside the airport, in front of the Arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Please do not leave the pick-up area without having meet the agent/driver first. You’ll then hop onto a transfer to your hotel. Once you’re checked in, the rest of the day is free for you to spend at leisure, be that going out to start exploring the colourful city of Marrakech at your own rhythm or making the most of the services available at the hotel.

Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2: MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE – GORGES DE DADES (330 Km – 6 hrs)

After breakfast, you’ll be met by your driver at about 8:00 in the hotel’s reception. Embark on a tour that begins by driving you through the winding 2,226-metre-high Tizi n’Tichka pass, by a number of traditional villages and past some truly breath-taking views of the High Atlas Mountains. You’ll then reach the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and is well-known to film buffs for being the backdrop of numerous scenes in ‘Gladiator’, ‘Game of Thrones’ and more. After enjoying a break for lunch in the town of Ait ben Haddou, continue to Ouarzazate, where you’ll visit the Atlas movie studios. Your next stop will be at the fortified village of Kelaat M'Gouna, famous for its yearly rose festival. Continue toward Dadés Gorges, where you’ll check in at your selected hotel.

Overnight in Gorges de Dades.

Day 3: GORGES TODRA – MERZOUGA (215 Km – 3.5 hrs)

Wake up to breakfast in the hotel and depart from Dades to George’s Todra, a natural landscape with such vivid colours you will want to stop several times to snap some beautiful pictures. Continue then to Erfoud, where you’ll stop for lunch (included), and then proceed to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Here you’ll climb into a 4x4 to continue the journey to Merzouga. Upon arrival, make yourself at home in the desert camp and admire the sunset from the top of one of the sand dunes. Enjoy dinner sitting around a cosy campfire with your team of local Berbers.

Overnight in Merzouga.

Day 4: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ALNIF – TAZZRINE – DRAA VALLEY – MARRAKECH (565 Km – 8hrs)

Today you’ll be woken up early in the morning – and with good reason! Climb in the pre-dawn darkness to the top of a sand dune and wait to contemplate the sunrise, a truly unforgettable experience. Then, after breakfast, drive toward Rissani in the 4x4. This little town is the capital of Tafilalt, where prominent members of the Alawite dynasty are buried. You’ll continue then to the town of Alnif and then cross Jbel Saghro to reach the Berber village of Tazarine. Lunch will be served in N’kob. Continue driving through the Draa Valley, a shockingly contrasting green oasis in the heart of the desert landscape. The road then takes you back up into the Atlas Mountains and past a number of Berber villages until you finally reach Marrakech at about 20:00. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved.

CHAPTER I (Obligations of information and content of the combined travel contract), Article 153 (Pre-contractual information), point 1, section H:

"1. Before the traveler is bound by any package travel contract or corresponding offer, the organizer, and also the retailer, when the package is sold through the latter, will provide the traveler with the form with the standard information regarding to the package trip that appears in annex II, A or B, as well as the following information that is applicable to the package trip:

"h) Information on the subscription of an optional insurance that covers the expenses originated in the event that the traveler decides to terminate the contract or the expenses of assistance, including those of repatriation, in case of accident, illness or death."

Said section refers to the obligation to inform the client of the possibility of contracting insurance, not to the obligation to include insurance on the trip, that is, the client has the power (option) to contract insurance with the agency or not. . The agency has the obligation to inform that it is recommended that the client take out insurance that includes, at least, issues such as repatriation,... which is basically inclusion insurance.
