Enjoy the remarkable views of the impressive Corinth Canal, get in touch with a fascinating part of Greek history while visiting the main landmarks of Epidaurus and see the breath taking Greek remains and the tomb of Agamemnon in the famous Mycenae. Visit the famous Epidaurus Theatre, the archaeological site in Olympia and the Archaeological Museum in Delphi and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed rock-tower monasteries of Meteora.

Epidaurus: Is one of the most important archaeological findings reflecting the splendour of Greek culture through its imposing beauty. Visit the birthplace of Apollo's son and an ancient place of healing.

Olympia: Visit the birthplace of the famous Olympic Games.

Delphi: Considered the centre of the world in the Greek culture, Delphi is best represented by the famous stone monument, known as the Omphalos of Delphi.


Day 1: ATHENS – NAUPLION (140 km– 2 hrs)

Leave by the coastal road to the Corinth Canal (short stop). Drive to Epidaurus and visit the Ancient theatre, world famous for its outstanding acoustics, then proceed to Nauplia. Free afternoon, you can enjoy a nice walk in the old town or visit the new Nauplion gallery with paintings dedicated to the Greek revolution in 1821.  Dinner and overnight in Nauplion.

Day 2: NAUPLION – OLYMPIA (160 km – 3 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure around 12:30 and through the plain of Argos we arrive at Mycenae. Visit the archaeological site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. In the afternoon (optional stop for souvenirs) depart for Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, through the cities of Tripolis and Megalopolis (short stop). Dinner and Overnight in Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games.

Day 3: OLYMPIA – DELPHI (250 km– 4 hrs)

After breakfast visit the archaeological site with the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera, the altar of the Olympic flame, the Stadium and the archaeological Museum. Depart via Patras (short stop) to Rion, cross the Corinthian bay by the new bridge to Antirion. Pass by the city of Nafpaktos and from there on, along the coastal road to Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. In the afternoon visit the picturesque mountain village of Arachova. Arrive in Delphi for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: DELPHI – KALAMBAKA (240 km– 3.5 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Archaeological Site and the Museum of Delphi. Depart for Kalambaka via Central Greece (short stop by Lamia). Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka, a small town built at the foot of the majestic grey rocks and crowned by the Meteora Monasteries (short stop for souvenirs).

Day 5: KALAMBAKA – ATHENS (350 km– 4.5 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave in the morning for nearby Meteora to visit the Byzantine Monasteries. Return to Athens passing the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae.

Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Greece. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sun glasses, a hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
