ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LIMA

How exciting it is to arrive in Lima! Our team will greet you at Jorge Chávez Airport and take you to your hotel. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 2: COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel.

Between 9:15 and 9:45, or between 2:15 and 2:45, you will be picked up from your hotel. First, we will take a panoramic tour of the enigmatic Huaca Pucllana, where the ancient ruins transport us back to the days of the Ichma culture and Lima. Then, we will cross the olive groves of San Isidro, Lince, and Cercado, enjoying views of the Palace of Justice, the historic Lima Art Museum, and the vibrant Plaza San Martín.

In the Plaza de Armas, we immerse ourselves in history with a panoramic view, exploring the Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the Municipal Palace. We will enter the Convent of Santo Domingo, where the relics of three Peruvian saints are preserved: Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, and Saint John Macias. Finally, we end the day with a spectacular view of Parque del Amor, Larcomar, and the Pacific Ocean. As the Lima sunset paints the sky, we feel the sea breeze and the beauty of the city before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 3: LIMA – ICA | CITY TOUR & LA HUACACHINA LAGOON

Breakfast.

6:00 AM Pick-up from your hotel. 7:00 AM Bus departs for Ica.

11:40 AM Arrival in Ica and transfer to your hotel. 1:00 PM You will visit the main square, colonial mansions, the Sanctuary of the Lord of Luren, and wineries to learn about the process and taste Peruvian wines and piscos. You will also visit the Huacachina Lagoon, considered the oasis of the Americas, where adventure sports such as buggies and sandboarding are practiced (passenger's expense).

Overnight in Ica.

DAY 4: BALLESTAS ISLANDS & PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE

Breakfast.

Pickup and transfer to the port of Paracas. 9:00 a.m. Start your visit to the Ballestas Islands on modern speedboats, where you can see the Candelabra, a large geoglyph that serves as a beacon for sailors. This Candelabra is related to the Nazca lines and geoglyphs. The Ballestas Islands are composed of rock formations that are home to a significant marine fauna, mainly guano birds such as the Guanay, the Booby, and the Grackle. You can also see endangered Peruvian penguins. You can also observe varieties of sea lions and other mammals on these islands, serving as natural refuges.

11:00 AM Start of the visit to the Paracas National Reserve, a protected area dedicated to conserving and protecting the diverse species of wild flora and fauna that live there. We will be able to observe birds such as the parihuanas and flamingos, which served as inspiration for General San Martín's creation of the national colors. You will also be able to observe other migratory or resident species.

You will see La Catedral, a rock formation located between Yumaque and Supay beaches. You will visit Lagunillas beach. At an appropriate time, transfer to the bus station.

4:10 PM Bus departure for the return trip to Lima.

8:05 PM Arrival in Lima. Arrival, reception, and transfer to the selected hotel.

Overnight in Lima.

DAY 5: LIMA - CUSCO

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the magical city of Cusco. Upon arrival, our team will greet you with a warm welcome and transfer you to your chosen hotel.

DAY 6: CUSCO: CITY TOUR + ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK

Breakfast at the hotel. At 12:30 to 1:00 PM, the city tour begins with a historical visit to the Plaza Mayor, where colonial and Inca buildings intertwine. Then, we marvel at the majestic Cusco Cathedral, a treasure of Renaissance and colonial styles. Next, we will visit the Qoricancha Temple, a jewel of Inca architecture, now the Convent of Santo Domingo. Finally, we will explore the four nearby archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman, with its imposing walls; Qenqo, a mysterious stone labyrinth; Puca Pucara, a red fortress; and Tambomachay, known for its ceremonial fountains. We return to the city, filled with wonder and admiration. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 7: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

Breakfast at the hotel.

7:30 to 8:00 Pickup from the hotel. We head to the impressive archaeological complex of Pisaq and its famous Traditional Artisan Market, known on social media for its beautiful handicrafts. You'll love the variety and color of this place!

We continue our journey along the banks of the Vilcanota River, enjoying spectacular landscapes, until we reach Urubamba. Here, you can enjoy an exquisite lunch, a culinary experience that will delight your senses. Then, we will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last surviving Inca villages. Its streets maintain the same layout as the Inca era, and we will tour its wonderful archaeological complex. It's like traveling back in time! To end this day full of history and culture, we transfer to our hotel in the charming Sacred Valley of the Incas. Overnight stay in the Sacred Valley.

DAY 8: FULL DAY MACHU PICCHU

Breakfast at the hotel or box breakfast. The day has arrived to discover one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. We start very early to head to the train station in Wanchaq, Poroy, or Ollantaytambo, depending on the season. We board the train to Machu Picchu Town or Aguas Calientes. Our team will assist us with boarding the bus that will take us to the entrance of the sanctuary, along a road with impressive curves, offering spectacular views of the Urubamba River that shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, stairways, ceremonial sites, and urban areas. The energy emanates from the entire place. After a guided tour, we will return to the town to enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants. Finally, we will return to Cusco, filled with unforgettable memories.

Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

DAY 9: AGUAS CALIENTES – CUSCO (B)

Breakfast. Free day to explore and discover the town of Machu Picchu on your own.

At the scheduled time, we will take the train to Ollantaytambo and then transfer to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 10: TOUR OF YOUR CHOICE (B, L)

*RAINBOW MOUNTAIN - VINICUNCA

4:20 to 5:00 Pickup from the hotel. We wake up very early, full of excitement and with our best sneakers ready for an unforgettable adventure to the famous Rainbow Mountain. We travel to the foothills of the majestic Ausangate Mountain, where we'll stop in the charming village of Cusipata for a hot breakfast that will fill us with energy and warmth.

After a short inspiring talk, accompanied by our expert guide, we begin an exciting hike of approximately 2 hours. Along the way, we immerse ourselves in the fascinating customs and mysticism that surrounds the Andean mountain range. Each step brings us closer to the wonder that awaits us.

Upon arrival, we are amazed by the breathtaking landscape of the Andes, with its vibrant colors that seem like something out of a dream. This is the perfect moment to capture the best photos and save memories that will last a lifetime. On the way back, we will return to the cozy village of Cusipata, where a delicious lunch awaits us to comfort us after the hike. Finally, we will return to your hotel in Cusco, filled with unforgettable memories and experiences that we will cherish forever.

*HUMANTAY LAGOON

4:00 to 4:30 Pickup from your hotel. We wake up very early, full of excitement and with our best sneakers ready for an unforgettable adventure to Humantay Lagoon. First, we travel to the picturesque town of Mollepata, where we will enjoy a hot breakfast that will fill us with energy and warmth.

Then, we continue our journey to Soraypampa, where we will take a short break before beginning the hike to the lagoon, located at an impressive altitude of 4,250 meters above sea level. This ascent, which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, will take us to the top of the lagoon.

DAY 11: DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO

Breakfast at the hotel, enjoying your last moments in the City of the Incas. At the scheduled time, our team will transfer you to Cusco's Velasco Astete Airport for your return flight to your country.
